Reminder notifications

Hi All,

Agents create a reminder in hr agent workspace , but we have observed that the reminders do not go to user mailbox. Is it possible to send reminder as a mail  to user mailbox.

Any observation in Email Logs, what's status there for that reminder email.

Hi @AshishKM,

There are no email logs in the system for the reminder notification set by the user in hr agent workspace.
