When it comes to HRSD, there are a lot of requirements to gather. I would suggest using the Now Create site to find success packs and assets for your implementation. Now Create is this resource for the questionnaires and templates you're looking for.

Hi Sowmya,

We had the similar questions when we started to build HRSD two years ago.  We started to understand HRSD COE (center of excellence) first because HRSD contains COEs, which is a child of HR case.   I recommend you to read this ServiceNow -HR Centers of Excellence data model, which will guide you how to create HR services for each COE.

where draft articles appear in the employee center for users who have only the role ‘knowledge’ instead of seeing the published version there, they see the drafted version.

Do you know where I can check or what might be the cause of it?
