Hi 

 

We have a requirement from a customer to track the certifications, awards, recognitions, etc. received by the employee in the ServiceNow system.

How and which module of ServiceNow can be utilized for the same ?

You can use Employee Certification And License (sn_hr_core_employee_certification_and_license) table, which is referencing to Certification And License (sn_hr_core_certification_and_license) table.
