we are the employees in one of the MNC, looking for HRSD training and certification courses. If any one have suggestions please let me know.

like : what type of certifications we have for HRSD functional consultants.

who will give trainings.

any procedure for taking exam and so on....

For Functional Consultants , i would recommend "Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Fundamentals On Demand" Course from Now Learning Portal.

Now all the On-Demand Courses are free from ServiceNow.
