Restrict access to certain cases based on HR services in HR Compensation COE.

Hi All,

Do we have any OOB way in HRSD Application apart from ACL, Query business rule to restrict access(read/write) to certain cases in HR Compensation COE based on certain fields like Topic category ?

Hi,

To use this out of box feature, it's limited to just groups.

If you need to approach this from a more custom perspective, then you'd have to look into query business rules and/or ACLs with the ability to script and evaluate user details, etc.

Ideally, if that group has 'x' role, then you can pick the group.

Hi All,

I want to understand the meaning of type read/write.

When we give the type as read ->only members of given assignment group will able to read(cases)?

When we give the type as write ->only members of given assignment group will able to write(edit cases)?

Please correct me.Any help would be appreciated.
