The Employee Center Core plugin cannot be updated to 26.0.4, and it does not appear in the store.

Hi, I've been able to update and install Employee Center Core in our non-production instances but in our production instance the update button is greyed out and just says '21.0.15 Installed'. I looked on the ServiceNow Store and couldn't find Employee Center Core listed, only Employee Center (which has version 26.0.4 of ECC as a dependency) and EC Pro which we don't have a subscription for.

Any advice on how to get this updated or activated would be appreciated!

Thanks for you reply! That's what I'm currently attempting. I checked the store again and this time was able to find Employee Center Core! Not sure if it was user error or not but I've been to update it now.
