Hi
we have a requirement if the user have knowledge admin role and if he needs to edit/publish articles , he should directly publish without approval
Basically in OOTB we have a workflow called "Knowledge - Approval Publish" so by this workflow irrespective of the role whoever publish/edits the article it will go to approval for Knowledge base owner
so in our case knowledge admins should not go to this process and directly makes the article publishl, and whoever are not knowledge admins they should go to normal process with approval
please help to resolve this issue

You need to either create your own flow for this (so exclude the knowledge manager from approval) or create a flow/br on the approval records of knowledge articles, check if the approver has the role and auto approve it.
Depending on auditing rules within your company/industry, auto approving will always show that something is approved. Downside to it is that the record is created and the notifications are triggered.
