ScTasks moved to ClosedIncomplete/Closed Skipped, then RITM state moved to Closed Incomplete/Skipped

In workflow I defined the script in RunScript when child SC tasks 6 moved to closed Incomplete, then RITM moved to the Closed Incomplete or Sc tasks moved to Closed Skipped RITM state should be updated to closed Skipped. I developed code and its working Developer end not working user side. Its throwing error and moved to the closed Complete

Error is : Moving a RITM out of closed a state is not a supported feature. Please have the customer fill out another request or an incident referencing this closed request in servicenow alert message on RITM header.

please help on this case

Some other piece of code is providing that error, and it doesn't sound OOB.
Do a code search for the string that appears in the alert message.
