Select file button not visible (document management)

Hello Community,

I recently installed document management plugin (com.snc.platform_document_management) for managing attachments on HR cases. I configured related list on one of HR COEs. As a admin I am able to create a new document record and publish a version(in Native + HR agent Workspace) by uploading a file under a document record created. And as an HR agent I can create a new document record but cannot see "select file" button to upload files in HR agent workspace while it works in Native UI only. Am currently using ServiceNow Zurich version and HR agent workspace with 4.3.1 version( sn_hr_agent_ws). Attached screenshot for reference.

Can someone please help me with the root cause and fix for this.

Thanks for sharing your input. HR agents already having necessary roles mentioned above. The button is still not visible in HR agent workspace and FYI, HR agents are able to upload documents through Native UI while publishing the version but it is not allowing in HR agent worskpace alone. I tried repairing the plugin but no result. When I was testing for the first time after installation, it worked as expected but now its throwing this defect. I would like to know the source configuration of this button. if you are aware, Could you help me with that please.

Hi @Shashic ,
This "select File" configuration is coming from Attachment icon  through UI builder usually.  If you want can check backend configuration. I would suggest raise ServiceNow HI support ticket why it's falling in your customer instance.
