Hi,
An SLA is defined for the Task based table. Now the Requirement is for some Records, I should Provide the Capabily for the Processors to request the SLA time Extension. Is it possible to Extend the SLA time just for some Records? If so How can I do it?

They're describing the symptom and not the cause.
WHY would their underpinning contracts allow for time extension?
"Because I'm waiting on the customer"? Put a pending state and a pause condition.
"Because its lower priority now?" New SLA that's priority based + retroactive start.
"Because the breaches look bad on my reports?" Don't care, do better.
