Hi All,
I am new to servicenow, exploring different OOB functionalities.
I have created an SLA as below with only one start condition (active is true).
When I am creating an HR case,If i select HR Service as General Inquiry, the SLA gets attached to the HR case. But if i select any other HR Service ,the SLA is not getting attached.
Can anyone guide me to understand the issue? Is there any relation between the HR template and SLA?

Hello:
I believe you would need to set-up a SLA definition for each COE table. The screenshot above indicates this SLA definition is for the General HR Case table [sn_hr_core_case].

Change table to hr_case if you are applying SLA for HR cases.
