Hi ,

 

Is it possible to run sla based on assignment group? Thanks in advance

HI @kali ,

 

Yes, you can just create a start condition that states: "assignment group is XXX". By this, the SLA will first start when all the conditions is met.

Is it possible to use one sla for different users such that based on the assigned to , the sla will run on the assigned to local time . Thanks in advance

Hi @kali ,

 

No, not as far to my knowledge. You can either create the SLA according to the ServiceNow configured timezone, or you can create a schedule for a specific timezone.
