Standard Operation Procedure documents can be uploaded to ServiceNow

Hi All,

We have Standard Operation Procedure documents these documents are required for HR Agents for day to day work, so can these docs uploaded in ServiceNow somewhere such that agent can access them.?

As of now, all these docs are present at Sharepoint which is separate platform altogether. For these docs to be accessed, the relevant stakeholders are to be given permission through the concerned owner. If these docs are uploaded on SNOW, then concerned people can have all required resources at one place which will help them to carry out their job more smoothly, which will in turn help us in delivering better employee experience.

I this can uploaded as knowledge article , apart from this any other place?

Hello Vajgsgc,

There could be several options based on how these are created. There are internal knowledge articles, checklist, fulfillment instructions etc. If you want to be able to restrict the content to a specific person or have filter on its availability then Knowledge article and fulfillment instruction will be your path forward.
