Steps to create E-sign document using Docusign

Hi,

Servicenow to Docusign integration is already implemented and its running fine.Need help with the steps that needs to be followed for creating the Docusign template and once the HR task is in ready state automatically it should be visible in the portal for the employee to sign. Need help in achieving this.

The HR case is directly going to "Closed Incomplete" state and I am receiving the below error in the (sn_hr_integrations_external_interface) table-
Failure while sending document for signature. Error :  The specified Integrator Key was not found or is disabled. Please verify the configured credentials.

No,we didn't clone our instance.Can you suggest how to resolve this issue!

This issue comes up when the credentials are not been setup..its not an issue related to HR case. 

You will have check the connections between docusign and servicenow properly.
