Hello Mark, It worked now, there is a policy written for specific HR service to hide the subject person on the HR case form. Thank you!!

However, there is an another issue that Subject Person is now visible on the form after disabling the UI policy for Employee Relations case (Report Misconduct HR Service) but for HR agent this field is non editable even if er case writer and core case writer role is provided. This is happening because of the ACL written for subject person field . Attached is the snapshot. It should work though as ACL conditions are met.

Need to know if this is happening because of cross application access? Do we need to create a new ACL from Employee Relations Application?

this is the correct behaviour. you are not supposed to use the subject person field on a Employee relations case since case details would then be made visible to the subject person.
Instead you should use the delivered "employees involved"

Hello @snow123 ,

ER cases are very sensitive hence Subject person is hidden on form by default and not even required because of Visibility to Subject person or even chances of notification getting triggered to Subject person.

Also, Do not make more changes to OOB setup when it comes to ER due to sensitivity of the cases.

Hi Musab, I agree with you.

In order the case not to be visible to Subject Person, customer has asked to uncheck the "Show case to subject person" option which is on the HR services and disable the OOB notifications triggering to Subject person.

But the customer wants the subject person on the form and editable. There are certain cases where they need to provide the name of the subject person.

Thanks
