UI Policy Issue

Iam facing weird issue, I have ui policy to make variable is not mandatory in HR Agent workspace and its working fine but when you change your language to Chinese its showing mandatory.Is there any one who came across similar type of problems?

login to HR agent workspace and create new HR ER case , below pop warning comes up " The involved party is not associated with the specified case" need to stop this pop-up any idea?  thanks,Chaithra
