template field on hr template is not showing any results

Hi All,
We have an issue where few of the users are unable to see the values of template field on HR template form.
Please find the screenshot for the same.
Can someone provide your expertise over here.

@Manisha30 The first thing I would check is the scope of the user. Are they in a HR Scope? Let us know if this can be discounted as the issue so we can proceed in helping.

Hi @Manisha30 ,
Check if user have access to create template and in the right scope
look for save_as_template ACLs on that table and see if the user has access

this looks like an access issue.
is that working fine with admins?
did you debug using access analyzer?
