Topics list in mobile

Hello, is it possible to have a list of all topics in mobile app and when I click on it to open the topic page?

Hi @Da333 ,

You have to update "Now Mobile" plugin first and then you will be able to find a fix script "Enable Taxonomy For Mobile". Once you have created a property as mention in the following link and ran the above mention fix script.

You need to create a new taxonomy for Mobile.

  1. Navigate to All > Content Taxonomy > Taxonomies
  2. Click the default Employee taxonomy.
  3. Click Clone.
  4. Enter the New Taxonomy Name in the dialog box that appears and click OK.
    This copies the taxonomy and its contents to the new taxonomy. Optionally, you can manually create a taxonomy and add your topics. For more information, see, Create taxonomy
  5. Modify the taxonomy content and click Update.
  6. Deactivate the existing taxonomy so that the search configurations pick up the content from the new taxonomy.
  7. Navigate to Service Portal > Portals.
  8. Click Mobile Employee Service Portal.
  9. In the Taxonomy tab related list, add the new taxonomy that you created.
  10. Click Update.
