Unable to select few HR services on case form when translated.

Hi experts,

We have translated our HR services to Thai/Japanese language. On case form when language is English, we are able to select any HR service available on reference filed but when Language changed to Thai/Japanese, we are able to view the HR services on reference filed but unable to select them. When tried to click and select HR service nothing happens.

Did anyone face similar situation. Please let me know the workaround to fix this.
