Hi @niveditakumari ,
Please follow the below steps.
Use case : Let's consider employee separation. After submit employee separation form manager's will receive notification, payroll creation, upload relevant files as per exit process.
Solution Overview:
Consider HR Service - "Separation Service"
COE - HR Life Cycle Case("sn_hr_le_case").
HR Service Creation - You have to create topic details, topic category, COE and HR Service.
Lifecycle Event Type - You have to design Manage Life cycle and need to attached over here.
Life cycle Event Creation
1. All -> Manage Life Cycle Event -> Create new
Below screenshots as your references.
- You have to create Activity sets as per process like notification sent, upload file , payroll process as per process. Under activity set, you need to create activity for the respective above process.
Below screenshot as your references. Yellow highlighting references "Activity Set" and green highlighting references activities under Activity Set.
Trigger Condition - You have to select the trigger conditions for Activity Set's execution.
