User is not able to see few HR Tasks in Portal under To-dos

User A is not able to see the tasks in Portal under To-dos. She has been added as a delegate to user B. user B is able to see the tasks in portal but when those same tasks are assigned to user A she is not able to. Even if we remove user A as a delegate still she is unable to see them. I also added her as "Granular Delegate" to the respective delegation rule still it is not working. user A also has sn_hr_core.case_reader and approver_user role. 

 

For now, user A is the only one facing this issue.

You need to check on the records that this user can't see. Are there any other role limitations? Even if you are a delegate, you still need all roles that are needed to see the records. If these are from a more secure type of case, it can be the user is missing them.

With just one user having this issue, I doubt it is in there. Did you check on the record itself, like I suggested?

@Mark Manders The issue is happening only in Production instance. Non-prod instances were recently cloned with Production but it is not happening there. She has same roles as Production in non-prod.
