User list is not visible on direct and indirect team tab on esc portal manager hub.

We have added  Carla Humble(user) as manager of Benchmark Scheduler(user) and Benchmark scheduler as manager of abraham.lincoln(user). But stil the indirect team is not visible for any user e.g Carla Humble

We also have the same issue, and I wasn't able to find any documentation on this feature.

Also the Org Chart is not working for us either.
