Using Create an employee form field mapping is not working

Hi All,

 

Can someone please help me on below query,

 

I have created employee form for HR task table I have mapped two fields after selecting the value from portal values is not showing on task form.

Task is closed completed but in confirm travel & expense card field value is not updated.

Can you pelase help me on this query

Did you get this resolved? 

Mapping those values are a challenge as it needs to know exactly which task to update. You can see on your filter that 25 records match your condition. I've had to get really created when building that filter so it know exactly what task to update. I know that's not an actual answer to how to make it work, but hopefully explains why it's probably not working.
