Virtual agent NLU not working in Personal PDI

Hi, I want to use NLU Functionality in my Personal PDI, But i am unable to use it since it is giving me the below error. i have installed all the required Plugins and have also activated the NLU
Can it be resolved?

I think you cannot use the ServiceNow NLU (Natural Language Understanding) in the PDI instance and hence that error coming up
