What is Listening posts In HRSD and how to configure that application, can anyone give brief explanation of it like what is meant by pulse themes,surveys in that application .

Hi Supriya,
Our Product Team is working on a Community blog to outline our new Listening Posts app. In the meantime, I wanted to help give some background here (and I can also come back to this post with a link once our blog is up so you can take a look).
Listening Posts is a new app available on the ServiceNow store, and it’s all about capturing employee feedback across various touch points and taking that feedback to glean insights and take action to improve the employee service delivery experience.
At a high level, Listening Posts allow organizations to create pulse surveys to trigger at specific moments. From there, pulse survey metrics can be visualized, which brings visibility to any problem areas/areas that may need to be addressed by the organization via some sort of change. One example might be a pulse survey on how employees are doing working from home, or maybe a pulse survey on general wellness.
