When we try to send an email from benefits, a benefits case and an incident are created.I checked the incident inbound email action.could you please let me why its creating incident aswell.

Hi Vani,
You can check "Stop Processing" checkbox in the inbound action created for benefit cases.

Try updating the "Stop processing" checkbox on Create benefit case inbound action. This will prevent from other inbound actions to execute and stops

Did you check in the script section of the inbound email action whether any one is trying to insert incident via script?
