Where can I find templates required for implementing HRSD

Hi Team,

Servicenow provides a specific excel template to collect data related to a record producer or HR Service. Generally that excel template contains multiple tables which provides guidance in one table and other table it collects information about record producer such as Short description, long description, Category, record producer name, assignment group etc. I am unable to find this template. Can someone provide the link where I can download this template.
