Hi everyone,
I'm studying for my CIS HRSD exam, but I've run into a snag. Wondering if anyone can explain the difference between the three engagement areas?
Thanks in advance 🙂

Only one I'm not certain about is the "Centralized - Services Portal", but I'm wondering if that's a ServiceNow hosted instance where implementation folks can structure their implementation work.
Customer Production Instance will be... the customer's prod instance of ServiceNow (assuming your implementation is not their first). You're building stories into the ITBM module's Story component, which is why they'll have to have PPS licenses.
Engagement Instance means the customer will have an entirely separate instance from production, just to handle the stories of the implementation.
"in the wild" I've only ever seen #2

Ran to this one as well. Training material (NY) now states that there's only Customer or engagement instance. So centralized service portal is dropped.
Cheers, Gerrit
