Where the Input on Employee Form will be stored?

I would like to know where the input collected on employee form would be stored

Is it stored in Question Answer table?

@Kohei Tominaga1 The Employee Form leverages the Survey framework so the answers are held in the asmt_metric_result table.

The link that you have shared is belongs to survey configuration, all results of the surveys are stored into survey response table( asmt_metric_result).

Hi @Kohei Tominaga1,

as mention above it utilize the survey framework. However you can map the variables to fields to e.g the HR profile record of the user and then use the standard platform capability to archive and delete the survey responses.
