why Comments and worknotes section on the HR case doesn't show any updates?

Hi All,
Actually Comments and worknotes section on the HR case doesn't show any updates, if i post any worknotes or customer updates, , there is no upadate in that section, i am not sure , why this was happening
Please help me to sort out this

there I could not find the comments and work notes
Please add it by using the Configure available fields link when you scroll down the fields
