Why ui policy not working on the HR case form?

Hi All,
Actually firstly i have created one RP and mapped to few fields on the backend, and created one ui policies to show case fields based on the choice selected on the other field, its working, So now i have created another RP which have some fields are same as first RP and mapped with same fields of First RP, Now that ui policies not working on this Particular fields for this HR service?
Actually fields are same but HR service is different
Please help me to solve this

Thanks for the response.
Basically i create only ui policies for the first HR service(1st RP) on the backend, here basically those are two different HR services stored in the same table (case table) , so i have created few fields on the that case table, on those fields i have created ui policies, here we have sections on the case , based on the HR service , those sections are populated with the fields ,
Here when the cases created from those two RP's , then these variables are mapped with those fields,
But my concern the fields are case table and i have created ui policies on that table , but those are working for one 1st HR service(1st RP) and not working for the 2nd HR service(2nd RP)

On the portal side we have different Ui policies and those are working fine
these are ui policies on Backend fields
And here basically

If I am following this correctly, you have two separate UI Policies created on the same field(s). If that is accurate, this will cause inconsistent results. You should combine the conditions to have one UI Policy on the one field.
Take this UI Policy for example, leaving the conditions you have for the one HR Service there; then select 'Add "OR" Clause" so you can then add the condition for the other HR Service where the field should also be visible and mandatory.
