Workday, HR Case Management and HR Shared Services

Good morning

In my company we are about to implement Workday as Global HRIS on selcted global processes. At the same time we are planning for Servicenow HR Case Management.

This is great! However, We still have some blind spots in relation to how Workday and HR Case Management "work together" seen from the HR Consultant in a HR Shared Services Center, point of view.

E.g. Can notifications in the Workday inbox be transferred directlt to HR Case Management so that the flow starts there instead of the Consultant needs to log ib to Workday.

Any tips, tricks, experience, knowlæedge sharing on this will be most welcome.

This would be extra work on top of the 'out of the box' Workday Plugin, but it should be possible using existing web service APIs


either


a)Workday send a 'todo' list to SN


or on demand


b)SN to pull the users 'todo' list on request.

I see that you planned to implement the integration between Workday and SNOW three years ago. We are planning the same for this year. Our go-live is in June 2020. Can you provide me with any challenges associated with to-dos integration with the Workday inbox?
