Workday HR Spoke rescinded hires

Hi All!  

 

When we have a pre-hire in Workday, the information about that person flows over via the Workday HR Spoke and creates a User profile in SN.  In some cases, that hire is then rescinded in Workday, but the user still exists in SN.  Does anyone know if there is a way for the Workday HR Spoke to indicate on the user profile that the user has been rescinded?  The plan is then to create a flow with some logic to purge those accounts (which we are doing manually today).

Hi @rcard11 ,

As we speak today, we do not have any process for rescind as part/Within Workday HR spoke .

This should be handled in ServiceNow as rescind process for a lifecycle event  where you can Notify or add a Task for HR Agents to check and verufy if the Employee is still joining or not.
