Hi,
I have an issue with reference modal in agent workspace.
Default behaviour is that modal stays there and only contents go up when I scroll down.
↓
However, once I resize the modal, not only the contens but also the modal goes up when scrolling down.
↓
I have found that this issue can be resolved by deleting user preference "workspace.layout.reference.modal_size.<table_name>"
Is there any way HR agent can refresh this preferenece to default?
Is there any kb article around this issue?
