MVP - Made with Visible Persistence
The first time I was named a ServiceNow MVP, I called it “Made with Vision and Perseverance.”
The second time, my perspective had evolved - it became “Made with Visible Persistence.”
With over 13.5 years in IT and 10+ years in the ServiceNow ecosystem, I’ve grown from building foundations through ITIL certifications to working as a Technical Architect but at every stage, one thing remained constant: showing up, learning deeply, and giving back intentionally.
What do you create?
-
I write technical blogs in the ServiceNow Community, translating real implementation experiences into practical, simplified guidance.
-
I share reflections from meetups, workshops, World Forums, and product research engagements on LinkedIn focusing on insights, not just highlights.
-
I collaborate on technical articles, mentor professionals as a Gold Certified Mentor in the organization, and even write ServiceNow-inspired poetry to make complex topics feel human and accessible.

How did you get that started?
-
My journey began with a strong ITIL Foundation and Intermediate certification base, which shaped how I view service value and process thinking.
-
As I transitioned from training to development and then architecture, I found myself documenting lessons I wished I had earlier in my career.
-
What started as answering questions gradually became proactive knowledge-sharing through technical blogging, mentoring, product research contributions, technical reviews - all while working full-time as a Technical Architect, serving multiple customers on their implementations, consultations, and journeys.
- I also spent meaningful time as mentor/SME in live sessions, reviewing videos, and providing feedback during the three-month Partner ServiceNow Certified Technical Architects Cohort (2025), revisiting the journey alongside other participants.
- As an MVP, I also actively participate in ServiceNow MVP specific initiatives like the UGC Council and ServiceNow University programs.
Why do you keep sharing? How many times have you been named a ServiceNow MVP?
-
I am often asked if becoming an MVP is only about answering Community questions and while that is certainly one way to contribute, I don’t believe there is a single formula. Each individual brings value differently, and this is simply the path I chose to take.
-
For me, it has meant mentoring, collaborating, contributing to product research, deep-diving into new modules, upskilling continuously, embracing AI responsibly, and consistently showing up for the ecosystem in ways that feel authentic. Others may share their expertise through different channels and that diversity is what makes the community strong.
-
I have been named a ServiceNow MVP twice. The first time, I described it as “Made with Vision and Perseverance,” and the second time as “Made with Visible Persistence” - a reflection of how my journey has evolved and continues to grow.
