We shared an update on our customer speakers before. In this post, I will review the content to be delivered by ServiceNow experts — either as breakout sessions or in hands-on lab sessions.

The goal of NowForum is to pull the entire ServiceNow ecosystem into one space for a day for a full update on our company, vision, our customers' success, technology roadmap and product portfolio.

In the breakout sessions and hands-on labs, we have created a mix of topics spanning all the way from Incident Management and Service Portals to Project Portfolio Management, SecOps and Customer Service Management — and everything in between. Combined with the customer presentations and further investigations on the ExpoNow exhibition floor, you couldn't get a better snapshot of what ServiceNow is all about in 2016.

In some of these breakout sessions, customers will actually co-present — so expect even more best practices to be shared here!
