• What do you create? 
  • Most recently I have tended to find myself producing short form LinkedIn posts and maybe some articles.
  • I do intend to get back into the ServiceNow Community with some articles and white papers on particular subjects. 
  • You might find me lurking in the GRC/IRM forum. 
  • I started a YouTube channel which is lacking fresh content since I unlisted all my old content and started rebranding as Value Pattern. 
• How did you get started?
  • I originally started producing video based content using YouTube / Live Streams under a pseudonym during Covid. Taking part in hackathons, CreatorCon events and random live stream shows I thought up such ideas as "Community Service" where I would live stream on my channel while answering posts on the community in real time.
  • In 2025 I decided to rebrand my channel to something that talks to the core of what I love which is now called The Value Pattern.
• Why do you keep sharing? How many times have you been named a ServiceNow MVP?
  • I feel I owe a debt of gratitude to the ServiceNow Community who gave me so much when I was first introduced to the platform; and I want to keep giving back as it always feels so rewarding. 
  • I have been a ServiceNow MVP for 6 years now, and each year I reflect on the past year and look ahead - I always feel there is more I can offer.
  • Being niched in a specialist field, such as Risk & Security, also allows me to bring a fresh perspective.
  • I have built a powerful network with professionals thanks to the MVP & CMA programs and ServiceNow Community as a whole; it is a net positive / win:win!
