During my years in the partner ecosystem, one thing sticks out, and it probably will for many of you who have been in the same environment: the wheel is invented over and over when it comes to the implementation strategy.
Leverage what you already have been given
Tons and tons of energy go into figuring out a delivery method but guess what? Save your money and time. Focus on delivering instead of meta-work around delivery methods.
ServiceNow has already created extensive delivery methods structured around its different major applications. In the screenshot below, you see an example of a delivery process for Customer Service Management.
