What do you create?

My contributions to the Community are answers to questions mostly, but I also really enjoy one-on-one coaching and live events.  I do that through podcasts (other peoples’), webinars, ServiceNow Developer Meetups, speaking at different ServiceNow events.  I had a website where I posted blogs, but have taken it down as a pivot, once I realized I don’t enjoy that as much. I want to focus where my passion is – individual immediate needs and personal relationship with those in the ecosystem.

How did you get that started?

I got started answering questions in the Community originally as a way to simply serve, with no concept of their being an MVP program. I was seeing questions asked that I knew I could answer, but also guide people into thinking about the requirement and business outcome in a different way. It became part of my daily routine, scheduling time in the evenings and even weekends sometimes to finding unanswered questions to address – including those I didn’t know the answer to. I knew I had the depth of knowledge of the platform and architecture to find the answer, so it became a challenge to myself almost to continue expanding my knowledge and uncovering those hidden gems in the code.

Why do you keep sharing? How many times have you been named a ServiceNow MVP?

I continue to share, because it is one of the easiest ways to give back and encourage others in their journey. This is my 5th year as MVP.
