Access issue

Hello,

Couple Users are not able to log into serviceNow. I was able to impersonate user, user is active in the system. Any hint on how to fix this challenge?

Hello @akings24,
Are you able to log into ServiceNow?
Compare your roles and the user's roles, if the user doesn't have any roles try to add an 'admin role'.
