Added a new custom field VVIP where it should replicate the VIP but it's not working

Hi i have created a new VVIP field in user table and written a ui policy where only one check box( vip/VVIP) should be displayed based on chosen field and replicated the VIP style tried with VIP icon too and new icon that were available in images.do picker but it's not working.

when user with VVIP raises incident it's not displaying the icon as it displays for VIP. if i try to raise incident with OOB vip it displaying the icon whereas new custom field vvip user raised it's just creating a ticket with no icon

are you sure the field style condition is getting satisfied?

The condition looks fine to me.

Are you sure on user record the field u_vvip is set as true?
