Adding Announcements to Communication Plan for Major Incidents

Xanadu has a feature to send Announcements from your MIM. Has anyone been able to configure your Communication tab to show this as a selection option? All I get for Channels are the defaults. I have updated the platform as well as the store app.

Thank you for the link, but this is suppose to be an OOB functionality offered in Xanadu. The problem is the "type" stating in the document are not shown. https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/xanadu-it-service-management/page/product/service-operations-...
