Hello experts,
We are using a service account for inbound integration. But via postman or the client's internal tool to send the inbound payload to us they are getting the issue

I first thought it was password issue but with that same id and password, i am able to login into servicenow. So i am having no clue where the issue lies. Can someone help me Plz.
