Business Rule Stopped Working

Hi,
For our instance we use a business rule that sets a field to determine what categories users will see based on the role they have when they load a record. We use this for work orders and incidents. For some reason the work order version has stopped working. Any ideas why this has stopped setting the field automatically?

i dont see any issue, if it was working, it is suppose to work. Is there a conflict with any other BR or client script, that may be overriding these values?...You can also add gs.addInfoMessage to check if it enters this BR.
