Can we configure email listener in servicenow to track the emails?

We have a DL (ecatalog@company.com). We need to track all the emails that are being sent to DL and need to create incident in servicenow. Is it possible? Please let me know.

Add your ServiceNow email address to that DL. This will send the emails to ServiceNow and if you already have an inbound actions setup in SN, it will automatically create an incident. If the inbound action doesn't exist already, you can simply create an inbound action or flow.
