Can we mask Survey URL for end customer?

We have requirement to mask ServiceNow Survey URL for external customer. Can we achieve it?

I'm not sure if this what you mean by "mask", but you can hide the survey URL within a button.  For example, our customers are shown a "Take Survey" button in the notification.  This can be done entering the HTML into the source code of the notification.

Hi @Jordan Vignoni,

When customer will click on the button "Take Survey" it will take the customer to the browser. Where customer can see "ServiceNow" URL that we need to hide/mask/proxy. So that customer can't see ServiceNow URL for security reason.
