On change form for incident caused by change is getting disappeared if same incident tickets are added to two change requests

Hi @satya1995 

 

This is the expected behavior OOTB, meaning an incident can be caused by a single change, not multiple changes. Therefore, the latest change will be associated with the incident, not the older one
