【When an incident ticket is assigned to a group that has a group email set up】
The notification of the assignment only reaches the group email.
I would like to set it up so that the notification also reaches the members belonging to that group, not just the group email.
Is such a setting possible, and if so, could you please provide the instructions on how to configure it?

Go to group and empty the group email and save the record.
Now to your email notification and add that email, like below

Hi @真由藤田 ,
ServiceNow has defined to send notification to group email instead of group members, if you want to send email to all group members then just empty the group email it will send to group email. No extra setting required.

group email generally should be dl of group members but I can understand adding and removing from dl a bit challenging as you have to reach to email exchange team to do so.
you can do like below.
remove email from group and in notification add that group email.
