Hello,

1.In change we have tasks for all the state without closing the task you cannot move to next state.How this can be achieved?

2.How to create a template for incident or change?

1. You can write a before BR to check if there is any active task in the change task table on the change of state of your Change request.

2. To create a template, you can click on the toggle template bar available on top of the form. It will enable the Template bar at the bottom of the form. You can utilize that to create a new template.
