change task is not getting displayed after change task is complete in change request in service now

when I am creating change request, I am able to see in dev environment, but   I am not able to see change task in production environment.

 

Could you please give me your valuable suggestions.

Hi @kalpanam 

 

Change task getting created based on the flow which has been attached. Please check is the same flow / WF attached in both instance also please check the change properties as well. Might be in change property it has been false.
